What makes our Rum Butter Chocolate so special?
We use a heavy dose of Jamaican Rum in our milk chocolate ganache.
The Ganache is freshly whipped by hand for each chocolate batch using organic butter and organic Fairtrade chocolate.
A chocolate as special as this deserves an extra special decoration which is a hand piped treble clef. It’s music in your mouth!
