We often have customers visiting our shop in the early part of December hoping to buy a box of chocolates as gifts at Christmas.
While many of our solid chocolate Lollie’s, Chocolate bark, chocolate bars and many other chocolate products have a shelf life of several months, our filled chocolates only have a shelf life of 10 days.
Sometimes people are worried that we might run out of chocolates during the last week before Christmas but after 20 years of making chocolates we have learned how to keep the shelves full!
