Sometimes the simple things in life are best. Sometimes so simple as to confound convention.

Take our humble Flourless Chocolate Cake for instance. Within the current vernacular the title would suggest a multitude of glutenous alternatives. While for sure there might be many a worthy ally in this chocolaty layered pursuit, there are only four simple elements to incorporate.

Eggs are normally the first ingredient off of the top of my head to list to customers who might be looking for a dairy free option. Butter would be a close second for anyone concerned about caloric intake if it weren’t for all the cream to boot. And of course it wouldn’t be its namesake without the contents of that alluring purple pod better known as chocolate.

Gluten free; yes. Good for your diet? No. Delicious? Absolutely.
